It is not recognized by DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) analysis systems, making it resistant to blocking.\n\n## Features:\n- **Lightweight and Fast**: Built on WireGuard, known for its minimal codebase, fast speeds, and low overhead.\n- **Secure**: WireGuard uses state-of-the-art cryptography to provide strong encryption and secure communications.\n- **Easy Setup**: Quickly deploy a VPN server with minimal configuration.\n- **Cross-Platform**: Compatible with various clients, including Linux, Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.\n- **Automated Configuration**: Automatically configure WireGuard keys and settings for ease of use.\n\n## Usage:\n\n### Pull the Docker Image:\n```bash\ndocker pull metaligh/amneziawg\n```\n\n### Run the Container:\n```bash\ndocker run -d --name amnezia_container --cap-add NET_ADMIN --device /dev/net/tun -p 51820:51820/udp metaligh/amneziawg\n```\n\n### Access Your VPN:\nConfigure your clients using the generated configuration or QR codes provided by the container.\n\n## You can configure:\n- `New parameters`: Jc, Jmin, Jmax, S1, S2, H1, H2, H3, H4 (vpn_params.cfg)\n- `IP`: IP address of your Amnezia WireGuard Server (AWG). (serverip.cfg)\n- `DNS`: Default is Google DNS Servers. (serverip.cfg)\n- `AWG_PORT`: Specify the WireGuard port (default is 51820). (serverip.cfg)\n\n## Volume Configuration:\n- `/etc/amnezia/amneziawg`: Mount this directory to store the script, configuration, and keys before running the container:\n\n## Here are two ways:\n \n### 1) You need to manually copy these files from https://github.com/metaligh/amneziawg/blob/main/amneziawg.tar.gz File: `amneziawg.tar.gz` \n\nUnpack `amneziawg.tar.gz` to `/opt/amneziawg/`\n```bash\nmkdir -p /opt/amneziawg && tar -xzf amneziawg.tar.gz -C /opt/amneziawg/\n```\n\n### 2) OR copy it from container: \n```bash\ndocker cp amnezia_container:/etc/amnezia/amneziawg/ /opt/\n```\n\n# You can generate keys from the host system:\n\nIn this case also copy `awg` from container to host first - \n```bash\ndocker cp amnezia_container:/usr/bin/awg /usr/bin/\n```\n\nThe container includes all necessary tools to generate or regenerate keys and add or remove VPN clients.\n\n# VPN Configuration:\n```bash\ndocker exec -it amnezia_container /bin/bash\n```\nBy accessing the running Docker container, you can follow this process:\n\n### Check Available Files:\n```bash\ncat ./readme\n```\n```bash\nls -la\n```\n\n### Server Files List:\nawgstart awguser readme serverip.cfg vpn_params.cfg\n\n## 1) Modify \"serverip.cfg\":\n- This file should include:\n - 1.1) Your server IP for client connections.\n - 1.2) Server DNS names.\n - 1.3) UDP server port for AWG.\nTo edit files:\n```bash\nnano ./serverip.cfg\n```\n\n\"vpn_params.cfg\" contains additional Amnezia WireGuard parameters.\n\n\n```bash\nnano ./vpn_params.cfg\n```\n\n## 2) Generate the Initial User:\nRun the following command to generate the primary user configuration and QR code for the first connection:\n```bash\nawguser\n```\n\n## 3) Start the Server:\n```bash\nawgstart\n```\n\n## 4) To add or remove users:\nRun `awguser` again, then after verifying the configuration, run `awgstart` to apply changes. This will generate a QR code for your convenience.\n\n## 5) If you modify any `.cfg` files:\nYou must regenerate all `.conf` files. This can be done using the `awguser` command.\n\n### Important:\nAlways run the `awgstart` command after making any changes to ensure they take effect.\n\n## 6) Exit the Console:\n```bash\nexit\n```\n\n## If you have mounted a volume on your host system, simply restart the container after updating the configuration files by running:\n```bash\ndocker restart amnezia_container\n```\n\n## Using Docker Compose\n\nIf you want to use Docker Compose, create a file named `docker-compose.yaml` with the following content:\n\n```yaml\nservices:\n amneziawgml:\n image: metaligh/amneziawg:latest\n container_name: amnezia_container\n cap_add:\n - NET_ADMIN\n devices:\n - /dev/net/tun\n# volumes:\n# - /opt/amneziawg:/etc/amnezia:rw\n ports:\n - \"51820:51820/udp\"\n restart: unless-stopped\n```\n\nAfter creating the file, run the following command to start the service:\n\n```bash\ndocker compose up -d\n```\nThen proceed with the configuration above.↑ \n\n## Additional information:\n\nDon't forget to configure routing from your interface for your VPN server to access the Internet on host server:\n\n```bash\nsysctl -w net.ipv4.ip_forward=1\necho \"net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1\" > /etc/sysctl.conf\nsudo sysctl -p\n```\n\nJust a variant for iptables, where eth0 is your interface to get to the internet:\n```bash\niptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j MASQUERADE\niptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -s 192.168.200.0/32 -j MASQUERADE\n```\n### After that, you can use any AmneziaWG client for your devices. Download them from the project page listed at the beginning.\n","has_starred","hub_user","immutable_tags_settings",{"_83":11,"_84":85},"enabled","rules",[86],".*","is_automated","permissions",{"_90":22,"_91":11,"_92":11},"read","write","admin","user","storage_size",36877339,"orgData","recentTags",[99],{"_100":52,"_101":102,"_103":104,"_105":106,"_107":108,"_109":110,"_58":126,"_127":102,"_128":33,"_129":64,"_43":130,"_131":132,"_133":117,"_134":126,"_135":73,"_136":22},"content_type","creator",29428001,"digest","sha256:b9c97c8c764e03e74e3fc270e4fee94dd260b81232944af50829b67935fecfe6","full_size",36836945,"id",764456279,"images",[111],{"_112":113,"_103":104,"_114":115,"_116":117,"_118":119,"_120":121,"_122":115,"_123":-5,"_124":106,"_70":73,"_125":-5},"architecture","amd64","features","","last_pulled","2026-11-07T22:37:01.919429658Z","last_pushed","2024-10-01T09:54:07Z","os","linux","os_features","os_version","size","variant","2024-10-01T09:54:06.734297Z","last_updater","last_updater_username","media_type","latest","repository",25237969,"tag_last_pulled","tag_last_pushed","tag_status","v2","sbxKitMetadata","isPotentialSpam","isHubSbxKitsEnabled","showSbxRunInCloud","showSbxAgenticPlatformBadge","showSbxLogoOverride","sbxTrademarkText","displaySecurityMetadata","tagAttestations","tagsHaveAttestations",[],"selectedTag","attestationsUrl","routes/_layout.r.$namespace.$reponame.tags",{"_38":152,"_161":162,"_146":171,"_172":11},{"_40":153,"_50":156,"_53":54,"_55":56,"_57":11,"_58":59,"_60":61,"_62":157,"_43":35,"_32":33,"_65":66,"_67":52,"_68":69,"_70":71,"_72":73,"_74":-5,"_75":76,"_77":78,"_79":11,"_80":33,"_81":158,"_87":11,"_88":160,"_93":33,"_94":95},[154,155],{"_43":44,"_45":46},{"_43":48,"_45":49},[52],[64],{"_83":11,"_84":159},[86],{"_90":22,"_91":11,"_92":11},"tags",{"_163":71,"_164":-5,"_165":-5,"_166":167},"count","next","previous","results",[168],{"_100":52,"_101":102,"_103":104,"_105":106,"_107":108,"_109":169,"_58":126,"_127":102,"_128":33,"_129":64,"_43":130,"_131":132,"_133":117,"_134":126,"_135":73,"_136":22},[170],{"_112":113,"_103":104,"_114":115,"_116":117,"_118":119,"_120":121,"_122":115,"_123":-5,"_124":106,"_70":73,"_125":-5},[],"canDeleteTags","actionData","errors"]
