Ready-made development environment for Yocto.

Contains all of the prerequisite Ubuntu packages for building Yocto projects.

Some Yocto source tree versions will not build on Ubuntu 15+, this allows you to run a self-contained Ubuntu 14.04 on later Ubuntu versions to perform the Yocto builds, rather than having to use a more heavyweight virtual machine.
