ersiliaos/eos481p repository overview

ToxCast toxicity panel

Screens a compound against 617 in vitro assays from the EPA ToxCast programme in a single pass, spanning nuclear receptor signalling, stress response pathways and cell viability readouts. The panel is distributed with MoleculeNet and covers 8,575 chemicals run through high-throughput screening. A graph transformer pretrained without supervision on 10 million molecules was fine-tuned across all endpoints jointly, and three fine-tuned folds are averaged. Coverage is highly uneven, since most compounds were tested in only a subset of assays and many endpoints rest on very few actives.

This model was incorporated on 2022-07-13. Last packaged on 2026-11-03.
